Fluid Treatment LLC, offers formulas that are specifically designed to quickly eradicate the build-up of tough limescale, iron and rust. D-Scale-Sol is a specifically formulated, non-hazardous solution, that effectively and safely cleans boilers and water heaters, improves efficiency and can extend the life of pumps, heat exchangers and other hydronic & steam fuel-fired equipment and boilers.
Heating & Cooling
Heating and Cooling in Commercial and Residential facilities are two “No Brainer” essentials that we all need to keep us warm in Winter and cool in Summer. Boiler and Chiller systems suffer from scale build-up over time depending on Water Hardness in your region. Scale is a combination of calcium carbonate and magnesium. It can also include iron particles better known as magnetite or rust.
Calcium Carbonate, (often known as limescale or scale), deposits over time in boilers, tanks, chillers, and heat exchangers, causing a reduction in efficiency and can lead to equipment failure.
Fluid Treatment LLC, offers a range of descaling and treatment formulas to remove scale build-up in expensive heating and cooling systems.
Maintenance of the equipment that provides us with heating and cooling is an essential requirement. Heating,
Cooling and Plumbing Engineers install and maintain Boilers, Hot Water Tanks, and Chiller systems on a daily basis in Commercial and Residential facilities.
Our descaling Fluid is provided in concentrate form. We recommend a dilution ratio of 3 Parts Water and 1 part formula as a blend that will dissolve scale deposits in 3-6 hours depending on scale thickness.
